New Bread Company!
We are proud to announce we have changed our bread vendor to local Bakery, La Ronga. A family run Business based out of Sommerville, La Ronga Bakery has developed a reputation in the New England region for the highest quality breads and service.

In an effort to lessen our waste, we have eliminated all plasticware!

We new coffee! We have changed our coffee to Vermont based Green Mountain Coffee Roasters!
Dining Services: Menu, Nutrition and Allergy Information
2011
- Fenn will provide reasonable adult supervision for young students with food allergies in the Connolly Dining Hall.
- Sodexo has posted nutrition and allergy information for in house menu options.
- For manufactured items, Sodexo will pull labels and post to the website, examples include: salad dressings, deli meats and cheeses.
- Sodexo has developed a 4-week cycle consistent menu for inclusion on the new Dining Services section of the website
- The only exceptions to the cycle will be the week prior to Winter Break, Spring Break and Summer vacation when Sodexo will make substitutions to the cycle menu in order to use up food on hand.
- Sodexo has developed the following child appropriate signage:
- 1) item is gluten-free, 2) item contains dairy, 3) item contains sesame, and 4) item is vegetarian
- For items that the manufacturer notes contain “seasoning” and for which sesame may be included, Sodexho will use the icon noting “item contains sesame.”
- Sodexo has trained Fenn kitchen staff.
To help our students easily identify menu items that contain ingredients they should be aware of due to allergies we have developed these easily identifiable symbols:
